“house was 78 degrees. Half the house was window/ceiling units which stayed cooled. The main part with the central air never cooled down. So many outlets did not work. The picnic table outside was broken. Trash left all over property including beer tabs around the pool. Empty pond/hot tub thing at the entrance of the house, making it very dangerous. One of the bedrooms is not part of the “main” house, meaning you have to go outside and enter into a whole different room with a different keypad. Owners stated pest control was done the day prior to arrival but we found 10 cockroaches still alive and many termites, including crawling in our bed in the middle of the night. Trim in the house coming off wall, being wet and terminates. Bugs/ants on our belongings, including our drinks. Hole in pool where broken light is missing and laying on floor. Busted window covered up with a paper plate. The children’s bedroom with bunk beds is in the garage and unsafe. We packed our bags and left next day”

“My friends had a great stay at this Airbnb and had a really positive experience overall. The layout of the house is definitely unique, which made the stay feel a bit more special and memorable compared to more standard setups. The hosts were excellent! They were very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Andres and Kelly’s Melbourne home. The beds were comfortable and we fit our party of eleven just fine! They are transitioning floor heights in this home, so if you need ADA compliance, this home would not be easily accessible. However when we addressed the issue with them they were quick to respond and work out a resolution with ease. The light fixture is still not connected in the pool, there was no coffee available and we found the bunk beds in the back bedroom to be too loose for our older children. Again, these were not a big deal for us and there is a Walmart where I was able to place a delivery order to have coffee at the house in 20 minutes. Checkout instructions were clear and concise, the amenities were all as listed and we had a great week. Communication was quick and efficient and we would absolutely book with them again.”
