“Die Unterkunft war super. Wir haben uns wir zuhause gefühlt. Der Spielplatz und der See sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.”

“The homes surrounding the airbnb were run down, and lots of dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. When reading the description, I assumed there was 1 assigned parking spot and then one in the front. However, it is a free for all when parking on the street. We had a bee issue as there were three trees near the parking spot and back yard that was attracting bees. There is also no covering on the back patio. These combined made it a little uncomfortable to be outside in the hottub or just visiting.”

“Beautiful space right near UNC Campus surrounded by yummy Italian and Mexican restaurants, quaint coffee house right below the apartment, and very close to downtown Greeley where there is even more action! Fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, assigned parking, and only $1 load for laundry. Thank you Brad & company!”

“House was perfect location for us as we were renting a boat at the marina which is 5 minutes away. The view are wonderful from the deck and hot tub area...we loved thenoutside are and well as the comfort of the hom. It was weel stocked with everything we needed and quite comfortavle for a fun weekend on the resevoir! We loved the hot tub and the views the most! Brad and his team got back to us right away qith answering our questions!”

“At $4,000 a month, this stay is a masterclass in subtractive hospitality. The experience is defined by what is missing: a couch in the living room, paper towels, trash bags, and any form of cleaning supplies. While an oven is provided, the absence of bakeware or oven mitts renders it a decorative box. The dryer is broken, and I was informed it is too expensive to repair—a bold claim to make to a guest paying luxury rates. The property’s hygiene is questionable, evidenced by a television remote coated in sticky soda residue. Structurally, the house is temperamental; doors refuse to stay shut unless locked, and the locks require the precision of a safecracker to engage. Externally, the crumbling driveway is a shared battleground with a neighbor, while the road serves as a loud, high-traffic cut-through. To conclude the experience, the hosts forced an undisclosed external contract upon us after payment and refused pre-stay questions due to “automated messages” they set up.”
