“The property was just as the picture described. When I walked through the front door I felt right at home. The house was equipped with everything needed to have a great stay from kitchen utensils to soap in the bathrooms. The one thing I appreciated most was the Host, they very very accommodating and responsive to all my communications. The price was extremely reasonable , it’s nice when you feel like you got your moneys worth. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in the Melbourne area. “The backyard was a great bonus, especially for our dog, and the place itself was well set up overall. Our stay coincided with an event at Paradise Beach Park, and heavy rain caused uncertainty about our schedule. Our host was accommodating with the date changes within their listing's parameters. Unfortunately, we experienced serious connectivity issues — none of our devices or the TVs could maintain a stable connection despite showing as connected. We documented this with photos and videos. The host felt everything was working normally on their end, and while a technician was reportedly sent, we never saw one. No solution was offered, so we made the decision to leave a day early, forfeiting that night's payment in order to prepare for an important Monday Zoom meeting. Overall, the space itself was comfortable. The unresolved internet issue, however, significantly impacted our stay.”
