After messaging the host that the beach umbrella was missing, they promptly brought us one, so sweet! The location was very convenient with a short easy bike ride or walk to the river and ocean, cute shops, parks, grocery store. We Would 100 % recommend staying with East Coast Living LLC. “We had a great stay in Melbourne Beach! Everything was neat and clean. The house was roomy and perfect for our family of 6. Everyone had their own space which worked out wonderful! The pool was peaceful and relaxing. It was an easy walk to the beach and the river. We could also walk to local restaurants and coffee shops ☕️ I highly recommend this listing 😊”

“Comfortable and cozy home right at the beach. This is a private getaway place where you can connect to the nature and still be 5 minutes away from supermarkets, gas station, church, etc. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. The outside shower is so good! Watching the sunrise from the upper deck was a great experience. You can see turtles on the beach in the middle of the night. We will be coming back.”
