“Great little studio, with a great patio overlooking the marina. We loved the little private beach located at the other building.”

“The place was clean and cute. The view was nice. But the bed was terrible. The mattress was very hard (not to be confused with firm) and the base was cheap and did not feel solid. We could not imagine sleeping there for a week. Legacy was quick to respond and offered a mattress topper and other accommodations. The topper would not have made a difference and we had already made other arrangements. Beware the 24 hour cancellation policy - once you hit that reservation button, you only have 24 hrs to cancel. We lost our whole reservation cost on a place we could not stay.”

“This was a nice place to stay. It was a little tinier than expected with four people staying. There was also a picture of the beach on the intercoastal but there was not access to this, just docks, but the pool was nice. We were told there would be a couple beach chairs and there wasn’t. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for four people. Otherwise it was a good spot, clean, the hosts were very responsive, and close to Destin.”
