Legacy Vacations

Legacy Vacations's guest rating of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

This place is amazing! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is for the outside/front balcony furniture (dirty) and the building elevator (stinky) the building itself doesn't have much amenities but the small pool, other than that this can potentially be the perfect getaway for you and your family.

We arrived and it was absolutely beautiful but had a really bad rotten fish smell. They had a person come check it out but the smell was there until the second time I mentioned and the maintenance man discovered the smell and got rid of it. The place was a perfect location but I do think that having coffee for the machine would be a great addition along with a couple of laundry pods to get started. I will definitely keep them in mind when booking again!

Overall was good I just recommend that you update your condo.

Great location, short walk to beach. Apartment was arranged very well. Three bedrooms and three baths with good privacy. Apartment had really cute beach decorations. However, when you exclude the decorations, you’re looking at a dated and worn apartment. Dryer was not working. Had two separate techs on two separate trying to fix dryer to no avails. Blender did not have a cover. Could have used one or two more garbage bags. Would have loved some condiments in the kitchen. Sliding glass door to balcony super stiff.

The condo was very nice and the beach and pool were beautiful. There was a miscommunication over the parking passes, and they weren't in the condo as promised. We got them at the office the next morning without any problems. The bed in the second bedroom wasn't very comfortable. In any event we had a great time and would stay in the same unit again.

The place was clean and cute. The view was nice. But the bed was terrible. The mattress was very hard (not to be confused with firm) and the base was cheap and did not feel solid. We could not imagine sleeping there for a week. Legacy was quick to respond and offered a mattress topper and other accommodations. The topper would not have made a difference and we had already made other arrangements. Beware the 24 hour cancellation policy - once you hit that reservation button, you only have 24 hrs to cancel. We lost our whole reservation cost on a place we could not stay.

The location is at the almost at the end of the street. The water always got debris and seaweeds. The host did not send out the entry code. Have to walk all the way down and through the parking lot for the dumpsters. Unsafe place with people banging on doors and ringing bell all the time. Suspicious people walked back and forth really late at night.

I will list both Pros and Cons. Pros: Very nice and very clean unit. It’s a smaller condo building so less people in beach and pools, which I like. Cons: I didn’t get clear instructions on where to go or where the unit is located. Beds are VERY hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. It’s time to upgrade those mattresses to something comfortable. I couldn’t sleep both nights. The front bedroom has a light on the outside that shines very bright in the room. Bring an eye mask if you need a dark room to sleep. Most Airbnb have at least coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, oil and extra Tp. This one has none of that so be prepared to buy everything. I was going to arrive about 1.5 hours before actual check in at 4pm and they wanted more money. As an Airbnb host myself, customer service and flexibility is so important, not the many text message reminders about my stay and the bible of rules. I don’t believe value is there for what I paid. I will not stay here again.

Room was exactly as described, the building itself could use some updating. We got stuck on the elevator with no help button which was terrifying. Ice machines were down.

It was a great place to stay.. nice scenic beach view from the patio. Walkable distance to beach. The only flaw was they said they had hot tub in the premises but didn’t had one.
