Legacy Vacations's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We loved our stay at the Palms! Definitely the best vacation we have had in a long time! Condo was so nice and great views! Beds were comfortable and everything was nice!”airbnb

“The location on the beach was perfect with a beautiful swimming pool, fountains, waterfalls, & lazy river. Easily accessible by wristband. The dishes were a work of art. The interior design was luxurious & tasteful. The wraparound porch, with each bedroom opening on to the balcony was special. There was a TV in every bedroom, but we were explaining to our grandson that there wouldn’t be a TV in the bunk room. Lo & behold, there were 2 TV’s in the bunkroom-one at the foot of each bunk!!! Beautifully designed for privacy for everyone. The balcony furniture was also luxurious with swivel chairs. The wraparound balcony was amazing , with one end facing the direction of sunset & the other facing the direction of sunrise overlooking the beautiful pool below. I am convinced that we will never find a more luxurious beautiful place. So very grateful for finding this place for my 85th birthday & our 62nd wedding anniversary. And even complimentary beach service. Worth every penny! expensive”airbnb

“Beautiful condo. Great views of the gulf and swimming areas. Wifi was very spotty, but it could have been the weather also. Very nice that they had utensils to use for the grills! Great place to stay with a family.”airbnb

“The location is at the almost at the end of the street. The water always got debris and seaweeds. The host did not send out the entry code. Have to walk all the way down and through the parking lot for the dumpsters. Unsafe place with people banging on doors and ringing bell all the time. Suspicious people walked back and forth really late at night.”airbnb

“Beautiful Location, but mind the amenity policy. The Good: Stunning location on a truly beautiful beach. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Nice balcony that was a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the views. The entire place was spotless when we arrived. Nice unit. Clean pool. This rental is best for adults or families with teenagers. We stayed with young kids and it was fine, but the setup is not geared toward small children. No beach toys, pack n play, or other child items are included. Expect zero extras or complimentary items. The unit is short on supplies and gives no extras beyond what is listed. No hand soap dispensers, bath products, Keurig pods, coffee filters, laundry pods, snacks, and etc. are provided. BYO beach towels because they are also not included. The listing does clearly advertise all this upfront so it is accurate but feels underwhelming. Overall: A beautiful, clean place to stay if you know what to expect and pack or buy all of your own basic supplies.”airbnb

“I will list both Pros and Cons. Pros: Very nice and very clean unit. It’s a smaller condo building so less people in beach and pools, which I like. Cons: I didn’t get clear instructions on where to go or where the unit is located. Beds are VERY hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. It’s time to upgrade those mattresses to something comfortable. I couldn’t sleep both nights. The front bedroom has a light on the outside that shines very bright in the room. Bring an eye mask if you need a dark room to sleep. Most Airbnb have at least coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, oil and extra Tp. This one has none of that so be prepared to buy everything. I was going to arrive about 1.5 hours before actual check in at 4pm and they wanted more money. As an Airbnb host myself, customer service and flexibility is so important, not the many text message reminders about my stay and the bible of rules. I don’t believe value is there for what I paid. I will not stay here again.”airbnb

“Room was exactly as described, the building itself could use some updating. We got stuck on the elevator with no help button which was terrifying. Ice machines were down.”airbnb

“It was a great place to stay.. nice scenic beach view from the patio. Walkable distance to beach. The only flaw was they said they had hot tub in the premises but didn’t had one.”airbnb
