Weather was beautiful. Home was really nice. Just a relaxing time except for being bitten and chased by (3) small dogs at the end of your street.

Responses slow to start, took days. Notified of early check in after time frame given. Door code too long/difficult, delayed every entry. Dead roaches as soon as we opened door. Many roaches in garage (some in house)so we used washer/dryer upstairs which is tiny and doesn’t dry well.Walls are thin, each bedroom convo could be heard clearly from the others Retaining wall being built next door (often woke baby)1st day in pool they came to service it & we had to get out (at which point a snake entered it,blessing in disguise). House is not baby friendly (no fault, I should have looked closer at pics)Master has thin curtain (not blackout) & is see through at night. No window coverings on main house level, felt exposed @all times. Info on public beach/parking was not available we winged it ($50/2 hrs)to park.Would suggest pest control, window coverings, real curtains in master, info on beach access etc. Wasn’t horrible but definitely a 1 and done. Neighborhood homes were beautiful, nice area.

This was a great place to stay—in fact, we’d absolutely love to come back! The condo itself was wonderful, the pool was great, and we really enjoyed the area overall. The only challenge we experienced was with check-in. We ended up waiting about four hours to receive the gate code, which was especially difficult traveling with little kids who needed to get settled and to bed. The owner was eventually very helpful and provided the correct barcode to get us in, and we appreciated the $100 credit for the inconvenience. However, communication with Vacasa Arizona was frustrating. We spent hours on hold and kept receiving the same instructions without the actual gate code, which made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, we truly loved the property and our stay—just hoping the check-in process can be improved because everything else was fantastic!

The building and the amenities were great. However, the condo unit was extremely dirty and not worth the money. The floor was very sticky from it wearing out, the bath stopper was rusty so much that you better have an up to date tetanus shot, the air filter was super dirty and made my allergies act up, there was food in the couch cushions, and there were no matching silverware or plates. Additionally we were told via the listing and confirmed with the host two days prior that there was a pack and play at the location. However when we arrived that night there was not one and we had to go to Walmart to buy our own. We did finally hear back 2 days later and they reimbursed us but it took 2 days to talk to someone.

The whole building and this unit in particular is old and tired. Sticking doors, lumpy carpet, mismatched or missing dishes & mugs, broken window, slow draining sink, junk left on patio, ultra slow internet (1-5 mb), 1 of 2 elevators broken, broken safe and a pool & patio that is a gigantic construction site. Had we known how bad it was, we would have gone elsewhere. We were only told the expansion seams on the pool deck were being replaced. The whole pool was ripped down to concrete. This place was much nicer when it was a hotel instead of condos.
