“Our stay in Marco Island was beautiful. The house itself was so comfortable. The beds, the living room furniture was completely inviting. The pool needed to be filled up more with water. It made gurgling noises while the pool cycled thru out our stay & could be heard in the master side of the house real bad. I did mention it to Red Awning at the time of check out, so I know it's been reported, but I do not know if they've gotten it fixed right away or not. The house was amazing other than that.”

“It was a huge spacious house beautiful with the pool , home theatre , big rooms , kitchen and family room . They provided umbrella , cart and beach chairs . My only thing was their generated AI response when you ask and communicate . For example Propane tank was almost done so I messaged them the AI response we don’t do replacement but will follow up so we ended buying one to use it for the barbecue . But then they did deliver it for us . So just the communication wasn’t really clear not resolved instantly in some cases . But other than that the house is beautiful and spacious . We had a great time .”
