“Outstanding upscale property! I was initially reluctant to book since no reviews but apparently realtor had changed - it was a new listing. We are an intergenerational family ( age 71 to 2 months) and it is difficult to find truly upscale 5 +bedroom homes but this was absolutely perfect with great location, big cook’s kitchen, screened in large porches. Pool and hot tub beautiful ( looking out on Collier Bay NOT across the waterway or inter-coastal into another home) with heat that works perfectly. Able to walk ( we are walkers) to coffee shop (the Burrow), ice cream (Annie’s), grocery store(Publix), shops; suburban in the best possible way. Marco island beaches with wide white sand-very different from our rocky New England beaches. Could walk to veterans playground and drove to Mackle Park big playground and library. Amazing Bargain Basket Thrift Store close by ( mission of Marco island church) which we stumbled across -got books for the kids- worth checking out.”

“Had some communication problems in the beginning with the owner, but Keith from Naples Vacation Properties was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the situation. The property is beautiful and very well designed. I wasn't really thrilled with all the cameras around, but watching the pair of osprey's keeping their nest on the roof was pretty awesome. So overall, I'd give Naples Vacation Properties, and especially Keith, a big thumbs up!”
