“The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was also very accommodating at the beginning of our stay and kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we did encounter several cleanliness and maintenance issues upon arrival, including some areas that had clearly been overlooked during cleaning and a noticeable spider/insect issue in the house. Once we brought everything to the management company’s attention, they did take steps to address our concerns by arranging additional cleaning, maintenance, and pest control. Overall, the home has a lot going for it, and I believe that with more attention to the cleaning and inspection process between guests, it could provide a much better experience. I appreciated the efforts made to address the issues once they were reported.”

The hosts were also very accommodating and flexible with our early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The pool was definitely one of our favorite parts — we loved spending time there!
