“House was as pictured & clean. Stars deducted for the terribly loud pool alarm and unfriendly management. It goes off when the sliders are opened to go outside & when you’re coming back in the house. Horribly inconvenient if you are grilling, going back/forth to the kitchen, have children going in/out, or have a medical injury (like my broken foot making going in/out a slow process). I requested the management turn the alarm off, & they wouldn’t, stating it was Florida law. Not true - it’s Florida law to have either a pool fence or alarm, not BOTH, like this pool. They then said it was their policy and that it’s written in their agreement. I reread every line of the listing & the rental agreement- nothing mentioned at all about a pool alarm. I wouldn’t have booked if it was. They were rude & didn’t offer another home without this. Front door lock battery was dead & they came to exchange batteries despite my asking to wait & schedule it with us & they woke my kids up from their naps.”

“Everything was just like the description. The check in and out process was very accurate. They were clean and stocked with multiple towels and wash cloths. They also don’t use the cheap brand toilet paper that sticks! I could have left mines at home. My only concern was the connection. We couldn’t find the wifi information anywhere. I would definitely book with them again!!!!”

“The house is amazing! Even better than the photos. We had so much fun. A short 15 min drive from Magic Kingdom and 30 min to universal studios. Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants really close. They answered us so quickly whenever we had questions. 10 out of 10!”
