“Downstairs king suite bed was very comfortable, but other guests in the upstairs king suites said the mattresses sunk down in the middle. Otherwise enjoyed the home.”

“We enjoyed our time and the home was beautiful. The communication wasn’t great while we were there. It took a while for the host to respond, but when they did it was helpful and their maintenance staff were friendly and prompt. They tried to charge us for a duvet cover being dirty, with very little communication and insufficient documentation of the actual claimed damage, so be careful to take your own video of the house when you arrive. We also didn’t receive check out instructions until we had already left even though I asked for them the night before…like I said communication wasn’t great, but the overall experience was still pleasant enough.”

“My stay was unsatisfactory at best and I’m very disappointed. I invited a few of my friends with me to go and stay at this magical vacation home property based on the beautiful pictures. They did not have many reviews however I assumed being a larger company that was not an issue. However, the problem started immediately once we got to the property air hockey handle was broken, the basketball shot game did not keep score, the racing games were not linked so you could not play two players, in the theater room that looks so beautiful in the pictures was not connected and was not able to be connected and therefore was not a usable room. Also, the pool was very dirty as well as the hot tub which really affected our stay. Furthermore, they left the hose on and overflowed the pool when we got there I ended up needing to turn off the pool myself lastly 11 days after I left they sent me pictures of a child’s pen marks and attempted to charge me for the damages. This company is untrustworthy!”

“Loved the house and the fun bedrooms! Very spacious, and the pool was great! Carpet was gross and smelly, I am VERY sensitive to mold and noticed some by the dishwasher. Home had a mildew odor. Aside from that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay,”

“Overall a nice place, I'd recommend it so long as you are not expecting a 5-star accomodation. Great for the price. It looks pretty much like what's in the photos - no major surprises. Resort facilities are really good. Very happy with the pool, arcade and kids playground. Great for families with young kids! Few things to consider beforehand - don't expect a squeaky clean/posh place - interior (kitchen/bathroom) is somewhat old. Rugs in kids room & bathroom felt unclean - could use a wash/be replaced. Mattresses in the kids room were on the softer side - not necessarily an issue in general, but if that's something important to you. Going to bed early and rising early is recommended - since starting 7 AM, you'll hear guest from units on higher floors going down the stairs that might wake you up. Otherwise, a very quiet and enjoyable place - we didn't have any middle of the night disturbances - in fact, the resort has strict rules around that.”

“Our family had a great stay at this home. We have vacationed at Windsor Hills several times and keep coming back! We brought 4 of our sons, ages 17, 14, 9, and 4. They loved the game room and the private pool/hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking our own meals. This house is not within walking distance to the clubhouse, so you will most likely need to drive down there if you want to use the community pool, waterslides, sports areas. House was as described. Overall we were very pleased!”

“This home was very accommodating for a large group. The house was well organized and clean. My only complaint was that they do not supply toliet paper, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher soap, or laundry detergent. They supply only what is there, you will need to purchase your own. I have stayed at many homes both in US and Europe and these items have always been supplied. Luckily there are stores all within a mile to the house. Other than that, location is good, took 1 -1 1/2 hours to get to all parks and airport. Give yourself that time traffic is rough. Pool and game room were a plus. There is also a pool heater available for extra cost.”

“A good central location to get to all the parks. The community is great. The house and the location was great for our family. Many issues & extremely difficult to get in contact with Magical Homes. Once speaking with someone they were cordial. The sliding door to the outside once opened was almost impossible to close, which would then have the alarm constantly beep until it was closed. Even after they came and tried to fix it, still impossible to close. The pool light also was broken .No fresh toilet paper rolls in any of the bathrooms. Many dishes i were dirty. Also very minimal supplies is given in regards to trash bags, soap, and other helpful useful housing supplies for example they have salt and pepper shakers with neither filled up so if you stay there, you definitely make need to make sure you stock up on essential supplies. Also in the master bathroom, the shower will not get hot water. I would still stay in this community. I would just not rent this house again.”
