“When we arrived the elevator was not working properly so we had to wait because it was on the 6th floor and we could not haul our luggage up that high. Overall, the condo was clean and matched the listing but they did not advise that the spa/hot tub was not operable. We noticed there was no hot water at the kitchen sink and notified management. We did not hear back for 3 days. When we did, we were informed that they spoke with the owner and they said it just takes time and to keep letting the water run. After 15 minutes of running the water we finally shut it off as it was simply wasteful. This condo had great views of the ocean and was located in a good area. Unfortunately, many building and businesses were still closed due to the hurricanes last Fall.”

“This is a beautiful, well equipped property with outstanding views and fabulous light from two directions. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to prepare meals and enjoy meals. All of the furniture was comfortable and suitable for a family gathering at the beach. The balcony was our favorite spot. We will definitely consider renting here again, though I would have appreciated enough dishwasher detergent and toilet paper to get us through 4 days.”

“I would never stay here or use this company again. First, The host company provided no check in instructions. We had to call another office who was originally not allowed to give us check in instructions. Second, The elevator broke our first day and the condo is on the 6th floor. All we asked of the host is when the elevator will be fixed. No response till that night with no help. People had to drag luggage up 6 flights of stairs. We called the host and claimed it was fixed as we were standing infront of the broken elevator. Extremely rude as well. There was not even an apology for the inconvenience sent after the stay. The condo is very nice but the building is terrible and so is the host company.”
