“Pictures don't always show what a space accurately is. Our party truly enjoyed our vacation and we dearly love the Madeira Beach location. For instance it was very difficult finding the correct FOB holder in the lock box as the condo number was not clearly visible (numbers were worn off). Because the numerals weren't clear we had to use a process of elimination to get the right holder. Also we arrived very late and had a hard time putting in the code for the FOB holder. The condo had some small debris under beds in the #2 bedroom, ceiling fan in living room not working, AC in master sweet did not work. All that being; staff of Distinctive Beach Rentals was amazing and when called addressed concerns/issues super fast. Loved location but being in the front of building it was difficult to chill evenings as the establishment across the road had very loud music, mid afternoon - later evening. Should we return to Madeira Norte we would hopefully find a condo ocean side.”

“Great location in Madiera Beach within walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants and bars, but not in the Gulf Blvd traffic.”

“The property was amazing! However the day we got there we noticed there was a pile of used towels next to the laundry unit. There were no clean towels for us. I had to call to have them bring towels. The same night we were about to go to bed and noticed that the king bed where my husband & I were sleeping had hairs on the sheets and one of the pillows had dry blood stain. The queen bed where our daughters were going to be sleeping also had hairs on the sheets. Called to get new sheets they said they would look into to it but never came with new sheets or got back to me on it. The toilet upstairs had brown marks on the outside of the toilet bowl as well kinda gross. The washer was super small and the dryer doesn’t dry well you have to put it on twice to get the load dry. Over all if they could fix these problems I would have a 100% great review. Everything else was perfect.”

“Great place to stay, right on Madeira Beach. Large condo with two balconies on each side with great views. Beautiful view of the pool and beach, from the west facing balcony. Had a smaller extra refrigerator too, so plenty of refrigerator space. Easy checkin & checkout with smart code door lock. Loved it!”
