“Host responsive once during the stay after response was super delayed. Then the only response was “is this still a problem”… well if you haven’t come to fix it I would think it’s probably still a problem. Ice maker, oven, keurig and washing machine didn’t work. We ended up getting the washing machine to work however we had to stay in the condo to ensure when it cut off we could cut it back on to finish the cycle. So this took away from our “vacation” time. Will not stay with this company again.”

“Beautiful view from the room! We had plenty of towels for our stay that were provided. Confusing on what tower and which entrance to use to get to the room and there were several codes for different doors/gates which took several tries to figure out which code was correct for which entrance we were trying to get in to. Everyone we came across at the property or on the beach were very nice!”
