“The listing was exactly as described. The communication was the fastest, most polite communication I have had while using air bnb. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a response and was extremely helpful each time I reached out. The Lake isn't very pretty or able to fish in it. It is very low and almost swamp like. No fault of anyone, just wasn't as expected. The house had plenty of space and was very clean!”

“Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The house was in poor condition upon arrival. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. There was a strong musty odor throughout the house, and it simply did not feel clean. This wasn’t about personal standards, the basic level of cleanliness every guest should expect simply wasn’t there. The property also had several maintenance issues, including the pool being in much worse condition than shown in the listing photos, air conditioning that did not cool properly, a dishwasher with a strong stagnant water odor, a washing machine that did not function correctly, and a BBQ grill that did not heat properly. Although management offered to send housekeeping and maintenance, these were not issues that could realistically be resolved during our stay. The property needs deep professional cleaning and significant improvements.”
