“Es una apartamento comodo pero le hace falta mantenimiento, tiene bastante humedad, en el bano no se ha invertido mucho dinero y se nota la ver la tina, no esta sirviendo el desague, no se calienta el agua facilmente.”

“El departamento en que me alojé estaba perfecto, tenía todo lo que necesitaba (excepto una jarra eléctrica), todo limpio, cómodo y hermoso, perfecta ubicación. Sin embargo, el ascensor no funcionaba y tenía que cargar valijas pesadas por las escaleras, había olor a marihuana constantemente en los pasillos y el aspecto de las escaleras y pasillos era bien feo, pasillos muy angostos y con murales de mal gusto, pero bueno, creo que volvería a alojarme allí.”

“Contestaban rapido a cada pregunta que tenia, pero las indicaciones para ingresar me las dieron muy tarde, las pedi ese mismo dia del check-in a la mañana y me la dieron por la tarde cuando ya estaba viajando y sin datos, eso senti que no fue muy considerado para el turista. Si bien el clima no ayudó porque llovió todos los dias, filtro agua por el suelo, y luego el colchon no era para nada de la calidad que esperaba. A nivel de seguridad, la puerta no tenía traba (que no fuera la magnética que pueden abrir desde afuera) del lado de adentro, así que no me sentí segura.”

“Parking situation was great. I would recommend adding a few things to the kitchen: baking sheet, new wine opener, bigger ice trays, also new bath towels. The shower needed about 5 minutes to heat up. Lastly, the AC in the bedroom constantly runs but not cold air like living room AC. Location was great!”

“Airbnb post of this place was completely misleading. No idea it was an apartment in a building with tenants that are noisy. Music coming thru the vents at all hours of the night. Tried to get Uber Eats, first order was stolen, ordered again, stolen a second time. A/C was broken when we arrived, had to wait for it to be fixed. I had to handle the arrangements and communication thru the messages on Airbnb. The internet was terrible, TV and phones were constantly in and out of connection. I tried to let the Lowkl company know about the noise, and the Uber Eats being stolen twice in a row. We left 2 weeks early and paid for a month stay. No offer of any discount or money back. Then they asked for a 5 star review.”
