“Great location with a very peaceful and clean beach. The beach was easily accessible from the unit and sunsets from the balcony were perfect. Condo is located within walking distance of a few great restaurants (highly recommend Euphemia Haye for a nice dinner). Condo, while extremely clean, could use a little updating and some fresh paint to remedy wear and tear. There are two entrances to the unit: one door from the parking lot/front of building that opens directly into the main bedroom and one entrance from the rear of unit facing the ocean that opens into the living room. A shower to remove sand that seemed unknown to most visitors is located on the side of the building.”

“Beautiful and private beachfront location with great access to the beach and conveniently across the street from 2 fantastic restaurants (Lo’Key and Harry’s). Well manicured and beautiful landscaping around the eight unit condo building. This particular unit on the second floor has beautiful views of the Gulf of America and gorgeous sunsets! Very spacious and clean two bedroom/two bath unit with large kitchen, comfy great room and dining area. Will be returning soon!”

“Can't get closer to the water than a first floor walk-out. The condo is in an 8-unit building with plenty of parking and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We've been to Longboat before and this location is the best.”
