“We loved this little slice of Longboat Key paradise! Super clean, easy to navigate, and the beach was right across the street (and was private!) The host included towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs as well. Amazing stay and hope to come back soon!”

“This place was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway. Access to the private beach across the street was so nice! Especially on a very busy holiday weekend. There were also beach loungers and chairs as well as umbrellas for us to use. Beach towels were in the unit too. The place was a very accurate description and the photos were all current. It was super affordable too!”

“The check in was difficult. There were no simple instructions, and when Ascendia were called on a Monday afternoon at 3pm no one answered. The WiFi name and password were impossible to find. The office on site was unmanned.”

“Me and my fiance really enjoyed our stay. The private beach was beautiful and it was nice that you had chairs and umbrellas for us. Looking to book again end of summer.”

“The location is great, and the host is an excellent communicator. The on-site amenities were well-maintained, and beach access was convenient. We will definitely be coming back to Long Boat. My only suggestion would be that the unit could use some updating (furniture, fixtures, etc). The lanai could use a good cleaning. Also, it would be nice if there were some cleaning supplies in the kitchen (we did buy our own and left for the next tenant). Some dish soap, sponge, spray cleaner, dishwasher soap, etc., would have been nice. *Of course, I am a clean freak. Overall, we would recommend this place.”
