“Wow! What a find. The house was well appointed with incredible outdoor space, equipped with the requisite beach essentials, a perfect beach house. The location was magnificent and walkable to the wonderful gulf beach at the end of the street. Three top rated restaurants were less than a mile away. What more could a fledgling snowbird ask for?”
