“Loved it!!! We really enjoy our stay and vacation!!”

“House was great!! Very clean well maintained, plenty of space for party of 11, lots of kitchen essentials. House was also very short golf cart ride to the beach. Only gave it a 4 stars because we got into town earlier and did pay a small fee to get in the house early yet there were no WiFi info/instructions or golf cart info. I signed a waiver a few days prior to arrival but once I called 850 Vacations they said they didn't see anything on file and I needed to sign waiver which would then give me lock box code for golf cart keys, they said they would get right back to me because he couldn't figure out how to send me the information. Mind you this was 3:30PM. At 4:16PM they texted me they were still checking on waiver and would get back to me, Finally 4:50PM I called them again and magically he finally had to link, which once he sent to me, it was the same form I had already filled out days prior, so over all house was great but I think management company needs to get it together.”

“We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the spacious home, great location, and amenities. The property worked well for our group and provided a comfortable place to enjoy our vacation. During our stay, we did encounter a cockroach issue, particularly in the kitchen area, which was disappointing and affected part of our experience. However, the property management team was responsive, communicated with us throughout the process, and worked to address our concerns. We especially appreciated that they ultimately provided a small refund, which demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. We hope the pest issue has been fully resolved, as the home itself has a lot to offer. Thank you to the management team for their professionalism and efforts to make things right.”
