“The home owners are very respectful people and have decent communication. They had a very clean spot, even smelling very good and the location itself was centered around lots to do/ lots of handy stores and whatnot. Now my only issue I can name was that the AC didn’t work the last night, now not sure if it was their fault or not, still needed to mention it cause it was brutal. Given the Florida temp as well, it was even worse and definitely sucked trying to sleep in.”

“Very quiet place. Noise ordinance all day. The directions to use the code was not accurate all we had to do was enter in the code then # once we touched the key paid to illuminate the numbers. My biggest disappointment was the backyard. The outdoor garden furniture needs replacing. Some upgrades are definitely needed to both indoor and outdoor to say the least. This backyard simply does not give what it should. Especially not for the price. Kind of clean but whole house in general could use a a couple touch ups /fixes. For the price paid, I was not expecting to notice so many areas for improvement. I liked the options for linens and things like that. The home needs stainless steel cookware. Beds sleep well, living area is comfy. I can’t not recommend this place but, we’ve stayed closer to the beach for less and with an actual paradise in the backyard to enjoy.”

“Our stay was very good. The property was very spacious and the ping pong and foosball were a nice touch. The pool area was very nice with the pool serviced twice a week. The outdoor cushions and gas grill could use updating. Bedrooms were comfortable and although small the bathrooms were fine. The living and kitchen areas were nicely furnished but the family / tv area could use additional seating and a larger tv. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious but private area to stay.”
