1. This condo has only 1 bed for two persons. The other object that looks like a little sofa can’t be used for sleep at all. 2. No hair dryer. 3. Both AC units generate noise like aircrafts, absolutely impossible to fall asleep. 4. The shower tap needs either replacement or repair, it is leaking. 5. Stains of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Will not come again.

Please please be aware of the horrendous gathering fees and pets fees, I was charged an extra $750 for hosting a dinner party of 10 people and pet fee for a dog the visually saw leave the premises

The house was beautiful, but the experience was not relaxing. About 10 minutes before checkout and while driving down, we got a message requesting an extra $45/night pet fee on top of what was already included. Never have I paid in full on Airbnb and then been asked for more. They blamed Airbnb for not letting them add it, then pointed to the house rules to justify it but the rules listed $20/night, not $45. They eventually went down to the original rate, but it felt like a money grab. Once there, the upstairs couch reeked of urine. They offered a cleaner, but the whole point of the weekend was privacy and it shouldn’t have smelled that way to begin. We also got repeated messages confirming who was coming when it’s already on the reservation and the night before asking when exactly we would be leaving. It felt like being watched, not hosted. The house rules doc is pages of fine print. The opposite of relaxing, which is a shame because the property itself is genuinely nice.

Complete scam. They didn’t mention that there is extra charge for pet 30$ per day. I was staying 10 days and they requested this payment right before check in. Stay away of this scam.

Place was ok, entrance gets flooded when raining dusty furniture and dryer couldn't be used because it was overheating also pool wasn't washed and when their guy came it was blurry and felt dirty not really swimmable for the next days of the stay, was refunded the days before service guy came even though we still couldn't use the pool afterwards pretty much rented it for the pool so we had to go to a nearby hotel to enjoy a clean pool.

I recently stayed at your Airbnb and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The property did not match the photos, it felt outdated, the furniture was worn, and it was not properly cleaned. There were roaches in the home, hair left in the shower, crumbs in the bed, and the water was cold, all of which I have documented on video. In addition, there were numerous detours and ongoing construction around the property that made the home very difficult to locate, and we were never informed about this in advance. Communication was also slow and unhelpful when we raised concerns. Due to these conditions, we felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave and book another hotel, which caused us to spend significantly more money than we should have. For the amount paid, this experience was unacceptable and far below expectations. I would appreciate a prompt response and a reasonable form of compensation for these issues. If this matter cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to
