“The house was overall dirty. Had to buy a pool skimmer myself to clean the pool. Shower didn’t properly drain. Garage door broken.”

“1. This condo has only 1 bed for two persons. The other object that looks like a little sofa can’t be used for sleep at all. 2. No hair dryer. 3. Both AC units generate noise like aircrafts, absolutely impossible to fall asleep. 4. The shower tap needs either replacement or repair, it is leaking. 5. Stains of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Will not come again.”

“Complete scam. They didn’t mention that there is extra charge for pet 30$ per day. I was staying 10 days and they requested this payment right before check in. Stay away of this scam.”

“I recently stayed at your Airbnb and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The property did not match the photos, it felt outdated, the furniture was worn, and it was not properly cleaned. There were roaches in the home, hair left in the shower, crumbs in the bed, and the water was cold, all of which I have documented on video. In addition, there were numerous detours and ongoing construction around the property that made the home very difficult to locate, and we were never informed about this in advance. Communication was also slow and unhelpful when we raised concerns. Due to these conditions, we felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave and book another hotel, which caused us to spend significantly more money than we should have. For the amount paid, this experience was unacceptable and far below expectations. I would appreciate a prompt response and a reasonable form of compensation for these issues. If this matter cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to”

“Unexpected fees”

“Folks like this have no business on airbnb. I booked a stay for myself and my two dogs. When en route to the property, it was demanded I pay an additional $250 pet fee. The rate to airbnb paid has all fees included, and I had already paid a pet fee within the total rate to Airbnb. Host claimed it was in the listing, and refused to provide the door code. Got Airbnb involved who within seconds ruled in my favor, and had fo call the host for an hour to make them share check in instructions. Thought we got passed this, then two weeks later I get a request for $150 for "excessive pet hair" from an "unauthorized pet." My pet was on the reservation, the unit is entirely tile, my dog sheds. If you are worried about some pet hair being left behind, why would you allow pets. The pet fee I paid would also be allocated to cleaning one would assume. Could have been a great stay, but have now allocated time and stress dealing with their greed”
