“There were problems with the pool. I paid $25.00 per day for heat and it didn't work several times. The TV remotes should be explained how to work and which one to use. Also, the outside toilet wasn't working. Those were reasons you didn't get a 5 star rating.”

“The place was beautiful other than the issues with the outdoor area having no power so the fans, lights, tv and stereo did not work for the entire week stay as well as the pool not filtering or circulating water. As well as issues with a cockroach found inside the home and an infestation of cockroaches on the patio grill area and in cupboards. They did have a company come spray on Friday when it was reported Monday but a mess was left of dead cockroaches on patio. The high ups of the company also did not reach out to us to communicate and we waited 3 days to hear from them. Other than those issues the house was in a nice area and very quiet.”
