“My family of 4 enjoyed the home. It had ample space and was clean. The air conditioning blew very efficiently, we had plenty of towels and basic supplies. The only thing we did not appreciate was the lack of communication from CasaGo. We were told weeks earlier from our check in date and the day before before check in that we could most likely get an early check in but they needed to talk to their cleaning staff to see if the house was clean and available. We sat outside the house in our rental for 7 hours, no one came to clean the house. It was already clean. CasaGo kept giving us the run around, they needed to improve their communication with their cleaners. Same thing when it came to late check out. When you call CasaGo you also cannot talk to them directly, you get sent to an answering service. Just because of the poor communication, I don’t believe renting from CasaGo in the future will be for us.”

“Upon arrival, there was no running water. It turns out the bathtub was broken so they shut the water off, but then we had to have a bathtub running for the entire day if we wanted our water on and it was extremely loud and hard to sleep with. My husband also found a cockroach so that was very unsettling, but we know bugs happen, but we’ve never had that at our home. There was only one garbage bag so we had to go out and buy garbage bags. Something we thought would be basic and included in the house.”

“Enjoyed the space! House was pictured as described. A quick 15 minute uber ride to multiple beaches, night life. Once we figured out the trolly it saved us on the uber rides! We did have an issue with the WiFi, instructions were not updated. I will say they lacked with the basic needs compared to other houses I’ve stayed in. We had reservation for 6 girls and they left us two garbage bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper. The back yard can use some updating, some loose tiles noted. Overall would stay again! We enjoyed our time here!”

“The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well laid out. The outdoor area is very functional and great for entertaining and enjoying as a family.”
