“Casa muito boa bem conservada”

“This house was spacious and fit my family of 6 with room to spare. The game room was such a fun addition, my kids loved it. The pool was fabulous, just beware that it is not temperature controlled. That said, this house could use some TLC. The carpets had stains and the kitchen floor was warped in the kitchen near the sink. The water pressure in the main shower was extremely high, we couldn't use it. The second shower smelled musty and the shower head placement was too low. Beds were ok but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There were no extra pillows or blankets either. Beach equipment would have been nice to have as renting can get expensive. We also had an issue with a power outage for about 2 hours due to routine maintenance at the utility pole which was not communicated to us in advance. All other communication from the host was great.”

“Booked this Airbnb, but upon arrival the place was filthy. It was not as discribed or shown in the pictures. Per the details of the instructions, contacted the host within 2 hours with detailed pictures, videos, and concerns. Was instructed to contact Airbnb customer service to get a refund and cancel reservation. Airbnb customer service was wonderful. Read all communications, looked at pictures, videos, etc. Instructed us to leave and provided a full refund. Airbnb customer service also helped us find another location to stay.”
