“We have spent 4 years in Lakewood National and have rental a few properties in here. We like this community which is why we spend time there. The only thing I recommend any guests do is check the HVAC filter upon getting it. For some reason the condos we have rented the filter is completely blocked and needs replacing. As you know this could cause issues down the road. Well sure enough we had an issue with the AC. Otherwise the condo was good and the location. Thank you.”
