“My work crew and myself found this wonderful location at the last minute for a project we were working on in Lakeland. The property fit the whole crew with no issues what so ever. Fully functional kitchen with plenty of kitchen supplies. We will definitely look into this property when we start our Davenport project which will last about 3 months”

“Home looked like the photos and was great for our group to stay at. We loved this place for the location. We enjoyed taking a short walk to the lake, Concord Coffee, or Born & Bread in the mornings!”
