“Absolutely amazing place!! It was perfect for our family with so much to do at the house! The house was perfect with so much space. We used the pool, paddle boards, fishing rods, pool table, ping pong and cornhole. Would definitely book again! No problems with the neighbor.”

“Real mixed bag over 3 months. Great location, quiet area, light, bright unit. Bug infestation in bath that didn't ever get fixed in 2+ months after repeated complaints. So bad we hated to take a shower there. Gas stove improperly installed so barely worked and took weeks to fix. Despite gas stove, no CO2 monitor, so we brought our own. Leaky kitchen hose that we alerted owners about. Couch is very hard, bed was OK. Air quality was stale and musty. Stains on scatter rugs which we laundered clean. Free wifi, but you have to log in again every hour. They made efforts, but sought to placate us with offer of a $50 gift card.:-O Pretty insulting. At nearly $3k a month, we expect a better quality unit and improved prior maintenance by the owners.”

“The home itself is beautiful, it’s a very nice place. However, I am not a fan of the company who manages the property. I needed to do a quick load of laundry and could not find the detergent. So I messaged asking where it could be. The cleaners must have never left any, I told them this. To which I was spoke to as though I was in the wrong. It was frustrating to think I was going to be able to do the load and be done, and then told “maybe someone in your party used it” even though the rest of our party was not there. So my husband went out to get some detergent. Then they let us know that the landscaper would be at the yard about 10 minutes before they were. They would be “walking around” which ended up being them mowing on a Friday morning. Not that I minded but we were trying to leave for my wedding which made it more of an inconvenience. I would stay here again, but I’d like to see a better company managing!”

“The house itself is a cool setup but we were unable to rest after finding so many cockroaches and the pool wasn’t appealing upon arrival.”
