“with everything that was wrong with the room it definitely was not worth the price paid. I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen. shower had mold and soap scum everywhere.”

“Enjoyed our stay, only real throw off for this place is the pictures don’t show the house and you’re staying next door to the house in pictures. Also no kitchen was a challenge however we had a lot of fun by the pool and it was pretty much just us the whole time👍”

“I was in south Florida for a business trip the wk of 3/16 . I travel to that area regularly. My stay at this location was less than satisfactory. I arrived at the facility and found a man seating in a truck smoking cannabis and playing laude music. I walked into the room and encountered a horrible foul smell. The room was dirty. The rug was stained. Worse, the towels were also stained and there was NO HOT water. I called the office and explained the above. I was told to run the hot water for a few minutes. I ran the water for 10+ minutes. No Hot water. I called the facility and asked for assistance. My concerns were not addressed. I spoke with a female several times. I was quite frustrated and requested a refund. The woman avoided my question and kept apologizing ... Would not recommend this at all..”

“This place is not what we expected at all. First of all the white building you see is not where the room is. It is next door next to a matching motel. The room have a connecting door to another room which they told me is locked but I could open it from my side. Customer service was very nasty and inconsiderate. As well as the fact they call this a one bedroom but the only closet is by the front door. Other than that i found drugs bags outside my door and had to complain about loud rap music in the middle of the night. The walls are paper thin. This place is not worth half the money and will never stay here or anywhere this company manages again.”
