“The house did not have hot water and the management company was not able to fix it even though they told us all day that they were going to be able to. The management company would only offer to move us over 30 minutes away and the discount was nowhere near the headache and stress of the whole situation. No hot water in there winter was a deal breaker. Management company was incredibly rude, not helpful and inconsiderate. We have stayed many times in Carillon and this management company does not meet this community’s standards.”

“Our stay at The Lazy Lizard was absolutely wonderful. The home is quaint, cozy, and full of charm — perfectly situated just across the street from the beach. The location couldn’t be better! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. It wasn’t cluttered at all, and everything we needed was easy to find. The kitchen and bathroom amenity boxes were such a thoughtful touch, and check-in was a breeze. The house smelled amazing when we arrived, which made it instantly feel welcoming. My kids especially loved the outdoor shower after beach days! While the upstairs bathroom could use a bit of updating, it was still very clean and completely functional. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the living room was cozy and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, the house had a wonderful feel — warm, relaxing, and ideal for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Carillon!”
