KRG Vacation Rentals's guest rating in Florida of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “The property itself is visually beautiful. But, the lack of maintenance cut my relaxation short. During my stay, I dealt with a frustrating active ant infestation problem along the walls & baseboards (mostly upstairs bathroom) The two AC units—looking inside both above and below the vents, the entire interior fan mechanisms are heavily caked in thick black mold and dust, which is a major health hazard. Furthermore, Multiple fixtures are physically broken and unsafe, such as the top staircase railing pulling out of the textured wall at the top of the stairs and the mirror fixture in the top floor bathroom completely being detached from the drywall anchor on the right side. Other than that, it was a great stay! Thank You”
