KRG Vacation Rentals
4.62Visit website
KRG Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.62 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great place to stay. Might have to put a little pressure on the bottom of the door to get the lock to latch.. other than that it was nice. Short walk to the dog beach !”airbnb

“This place is set up for short term. The kitchen is set up ok but not enough utensils or cooking pans. No mixing bowls, no pizza pan, not enough silverware and its cheap quality. The frying pans stick bad. We borr o we'd one from neighbor and we borrowed liquid measuring cups. The kana smells musty and moldy. The TV would not connect to wifi for 10 days, but got a $174 refund. The owner used personal photos of identifying info on tv in master bedroom of his address and child and house, also order invoices. The golf cart is used and needs tune up and is loud. It looks like owner just painted it, put used furniture and calked it an Airbnb. The furniture is well used, dirty and looks like it was bought at thrift store or online Our stay was uncomfortable and horrible. I would not stay there but maybe a weekend.”airbnb

“there are a lot of things to love about this place. it's only a block from the ocean, right down the street from downtown and parking is good. it's cute my rating is attributed to 3 things: 1. inaccurate pictures. I booked the Airbnb that had pictures of a completely different listing. the one I booked was much larger, had a fireplace, dining room, plus full fridge. I intentionally choose it for those things. Before check in, they said they updated the listing photos, and it was a completely different space. it was very small, no fireplace, only a mini fridge, no dining room. At this point I wasn't able to cancel the reservation, per their rules. I feel completely lied to and falsely advertised. 2. it is bare bones.they have no spices, no cleaning equipment, at all, not even paper towels (though they listed they did), not even hand soap in the bathroom. I had to buy everything. 3. the lock kept malfunctioning locking me out/not locking. I had to bring my stuff with me everytime I left”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The property has a charming beachy style with beautiful landscaping, and we loved the quiet location. It was just minutes from downtown but within walking distance of a quieter beach. The provided beach “essentials” were a huge bonus and got daily use. The apartment was clean, comfortable for our family of three, and had everything we needed. Mattress was comfortable, but sheets and comforter could use an upgrade! We needed extra towels and housekeeping brought them promptly. One thing to note is that our unit’s layout was different from the Airbnb photos. The style was similar, but the floor plan wasn’t the same. The only challenge was parking during the weekend. We couldn’t find a space one night and didn’t have an after hours contact. The next day we were told parking is first come first serve. We decided to uber after that. After the weekend, parking wasn’t an issue and we were able to drive again. We’d happily stay here again!”airbnb

“House itself is very nice. But limited to 2 garbage bags for a two week stay no hair dryer provided. Only two rolls of toilet paper in bathroom provided for two week stay. No instructions how to use the hot tub. No amenities list provided. Only a Keurig coffee maker provided. KRG representative did come over after arguing with them for two days to take care of complaints. Still wasn’t provided a hair dryer or decent brush to clean the grill. Was given xtra toilet paper garbage bags n dish soap however.”airbnb

“Door code did not work. Finally got in with garage code. 1 roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Previous renter coming in without permission. BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! Old orange peelings in recliner. Used tissues in sofa cushions. Paid too much money for poor quality.”airbnb

“Everything was okay. The house was nice pool I never went in it was dirty and cold. Golf cart stalled on us fortunately my husband knew how to fix the loose wiring. They should furnish dish soap or soap for the dishwasher even enough for one load would I go back yes as it was clean the water pressure was awesome and the bed was comfortable”airbnb
