They described it pretty well, a few things I saw they have tons of fruit flys, the rooms bed wasn’t so good but other than that stay was amazing!!

This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I have ever had. From the start, it was a mess. At check-in, we couldn’t access the property because the front door code didn’t work, leaving us stuck outside with no guidance after a long day of travel. Once inside, things only got worse. The house had bugs throughout the kitchen, bedrooms, and even in the beds. This was not a one-time issue—it was constant and made it extremely uncomfortable to stay there. We contacted the host multiple times, but there was no urgency or real effort to resolve anything, which was very frustrating given the circumstances. The air conditioning was not working for most of the stay. An HVAC technician came on the third day, but the issue was not properly fixed and the home remained uncomfortable. There was also a wasp nest by the pool, making the outdoor area largely unusable. Overall, between the access issues, cleanliness concerns, ongoing AC problems, and lack of support, I would not recommend this property

STAY AWAY FROM SWANKY VACAY!! Worst vacation experience of my life. After confirming our reservation multiple times, we arrived for a two-week stay only to find another family already in the house. Swanky Vacay admitted a “system error” and left our group of 15+ stranded for hours despite full payment. They eventually moved us—but the new house was filthy, with trash everywhere and roach spray on the counters. Communication was terrible. It took 12 hours to send cleaners who barely did anything. Management was rude and dismissive—one manager even yelled, called me a liar, and threatened cancellation. The house was infested with roaches in every room. An exterminator was promised but never came. We had elderly family and no alternative, so we were stuck. Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

The family friendly 3 bedroom private pool home was just as described. It was super clean. Everything in the home worked. It was well kept and maintained. Warning though! They instructed us we had to leave the property and they would relocate us to another home without any further explanation. We payed for the 3 bedroom home and they said they were upgrading us to the 8 bedroom home at no extra cost. We didn’t want to but proceeded with the request. The 8 bedroom private pool home had a roach infestation. We turned on the stove to cook and a swarm of roaches came out. And they were all over the first floor, inside the toaster, on top of the cooking utensils, you name it! They had someone come fumigate the next day, but unfortunately it didn’t do much. Also the washing machine did not work. Airbnb support has refunded us the 2 nights we stayed at the roach infested home because the host did not reply.

Beautiful home in a gated community, just needs TLC. Pool area felt private, nicely landscaped, clean, faces highway but noise was not a deterrent. Pool cleans on an auto schedule and gets full sun in the AM. Small area for pets to potty. House is very large with ample room sizes. Beds were comfortable, though I cannot speak to the bunks. Bathrooms were very clean, especially the showers. Parking is tight. Our biggest pain point was host responsiveness, needs much improvement. Entrance code not recvd prior to check-in. One of the hot water tanks failed twice, triggering an annoying alarm. We had no hot water in the master bath, kitchen, laundry for two separate days. We were there for baseball, asked that the repair be done in our presence due to traveling with a pet. Contacted AirBNB to assist with resolution and was given a 1 night refund. Carpets terribly stained, fridge is missing shelves/drawers, some patio furniture is torn, missing kitchen necessities, Fruit flies in kitchen.
