“We were disappointed with our stay. The property did not match the listing. The front yard was overgrown with tall weeds. Many dishes and kitchen utensils were dusty and dirty, so we had to wash everything before using them. The biggest issue was the grill. We planned a BBQ for our son’s 8th birthday, but the gas grill had no propane and the charcoal grill was too dirty to use. We spent over $150 on meat and had to throw it all away because our flight home was early Sunday. We were promised the issue would be fixed the next day, but no one contacted us and nothing was done. Instead, we were told to clean the grills and replace the propane ourselves. One dining chair was also extremely loose and unsafe. Overall, the home needs much better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.”

“The stay was good. I hated that the television didn't work. Everything else was on point. It was easy to get to Wal-Mart. Other than the TV Everything went well.”

“A pig with lipstick. ***We specifically messaged the host before arrival because cleanliness was super important to us, and they assured us past maintenance and cleaning issues were fixed. Unfortunately, that was totally not our experience. The photos give the impression of a renovated home, but it's actually just old and worn out—especially the cabinets and bathroom fixtures. The shower hardware was literally rusty, with visible mold and buildup. Here's what we foudb: - The beds: Visible dead skin, hair, dust, and dirt between the mattresses and bed frames. - The pool & jacuzzi: The pool had so many bugs that we spent 20 minutes netting it ourselves, and the jacuzzi had visible sand and dirt settled at the bottom. - Broken stuff: The master toilet handle was super loose and hard to flush, and the patio door didn't even latch or lock properly. We reported the issues during our stay. The management company apologized but did nothing to compensate us”

“Our family's stay was extremely disappointing. The home was not clean when we arrived and appeared lived in. There were bugs on the beds, dirty floors and walls, and filthy pots and pans, making the kitchen unsafe to use. We booked this home for the pool, but it was so dirty it was unusable. We were promised cleaners and supplies, but no one ever came. Instead, I spent nearly two days and my own money buying bedding and cleaning supplies and cleaning the home so it would be sanitary for my family. We also had to spend extra money eating out because we couldn't safely cook. We lost valuable vacation time and incurred unnecessary expenses because the property was not as advertised. I documented everything with photos, videos, and receipts. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience. We were miserable for 4 days!!! They did refund the cleaning fee that is for after we leave so this was really no compensation for my family. Please Beware of this property.”

“Villa was as advertised although pool itself was clean, pool area could do with a pressure wash in places. Pool pump very noisy and was reported to host. Otherwise, ideal location for Disney, loads of space, 7/11 just around the corner and large Walmart 5 minute drive. 25 minutes to Disney/35 minutes to International Drive”
