“The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our family of 13. It had plenty of parking and was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the main reason we booked—the private pool—was unusable. When we arrived, the pool was 106°F because the heater had been left on. Despite multiple calls and three maintenance visits over several days, the issue was never resolved. We were repeatedly told to “just wait” for it to cool down, even with temperatures over 100°F. Every update had to be initiated by me, and no one took ownership of the problem. To make matters worse, management even asked if I had been “playing with the heater,” which was insulting after their own staff confirmed the issue. A 10% discount was eventually offered, but we would have much preferred a working pool. Beautiful home, but very disappointing customer service and problem resolution.”
