“Great Stay! Everything as advertised. Not a fan of the fees but enjoyed the close proximity of attractions and amenities.”

“The house was great! The house had everything we needed and was on a beautiful street! The Reunion staff was super communicative through text message and was helpful throughout our stay. We did ask for a pool tech to swing by to show us how to use the hot tub but they never came. We enjoyed the pool as-is. It was a great location for a lot of people to stay and the themed rooms were really fun! It is RIGHT on the golf course (the cart path was right outside the pool fence) so just be aware you may have some golfers nearby while you enjoy a pool day! We appreciated the communication and all of the amenities the house had to offer- loved the upstairs balcony for coffee and board games! There are some cosmetic things throughout the house that needed attending to but nothing that made our stay unpleasant, you can tell it’s been loved by many families is all! Would highly recommend!”

“Great resort and everyone loved the amenities especially the water park. House had tons of room and worked great for our group! Pool is a little small but kids enjoyed it. Had trouble with dishwashers not cleaning well… otherwise very satisfied!”

“Unfortunately, we were uncomfortable at times throughout our stay. The air conditioner would not remain at a comfortable temperature throughout the day. Our little one had a difficult time napping due to uncomfortable temperatures. The HVAC control was ultimately managed by the owner/management company. We had access to the control panel, however we couldn't adjust the temperature to be comfortable during high temperatures. The home also had limited items. For example, we ran out of toilet paper the second day. We were only given one generic dishwasher soap packet, one generic clothes washing powder. Wifi never worked throughout our stay. We definitely overpaid for what the property offers. The positives were good communication, clean home, and awesome beds! We also enjoyed the water park.”

“First about the house. It was perfectly described, it fit everyone we had and much more. Now everything else. The home is in a portion of Reunion which uses a remote guard. The remote guard did not have myself or anyone else on the reservation, therefor we could not get in. I was not allowed into Bears Den multiple times. Several of my guests were also denied entry. And when the remote guard tried to call the number, no one answered any of the times. The day we got there both ice machines were broken. 19 people can be in the home, 2 ice machines, zero ice. We called maintenance on day 1 and they brought us 2 small bags of ice, but never came back to repair. WiFi in the property is horrible. It’s a 6,000sf property and the wifi does reach multiple areas so TVs don’t work. Maintenance wouldn’t do anything. I would not recommend this property or any run by Reunion Management to anyone. We paid almost $9K,and all of my years using AirBnB this was by far the worst experience.”
