“Good afternoon, not sure if your property is handled through a management company but the house is in poor condition. drywall peeling bad down stairs on ceiling and up stairs had duct tape covering holes. Pool table felt is torn and couldn't use. when i asked about gas grill you stated a charge of $99 dollars. when we went to use the grill tank was empty. not a pleasant visit.”

“It's a nice house, however the fire alarm batteries need to be replaced as one went off every few minutes and I had to keep resetting the main fire alarm system for the home. It was upsetting because no one could get a full night's sleep. The fridge was leaking and a fall hazard which I was extremely concerned about. I sent pictures and they said they would let maintenance know but was never resolved. Also, there was wig hair in the pool and hot tub which was not ours, so the cleaning could of been better too.”

“I rented this (15) bdr home with great expectations. The photos of the exterior and interior looked great. On arrival to the home, entry was flawless. As we entered, we immediately noticed how dirty the (white) doors and (white) walls were. As family started to arrive, we were told about at least (1) door with a broken door knob that fell off(preexisting). The kids mentioned a couple games that did not work but made the best of them. Unfortunately for me, I booked this home believing the entire (3) car garage could be used to park. It was not stated/clear the garage could not be used to park in. This created a negative issue. Only a couple days before my reservation was I made aware by Carl that there was no street parking and vehicles would be towed, although the ad clearly states that there is free street and premises parking. If I’d known this soon after booking, I would have chosen elsewhere. Parking was an extreme issue for such a large home. One of my vehicles was nearly towe”

“We had our previous place cancel and found this location last minute. It was okay unfortunately the beds upstairs that have 2 beds in the room are uncomfortable as well as the end downstairs. The beds with the 2 bedrooms inside have no tvs. Kids did not like the rooms because of this. The shower in the master shower head is backwards. The dryer takes to long to dry clothes. The icemaker did not work. The tvs in the rooms were to slow except for the main tv in the living room in which worked better. For last miniature trip it was okay. I wouldn’t book again!! Friendly people just to many issues!”

“The first two nights were great until we decided to go home yesterday to take care of our dog to come back to all of our belongings missing from the Airbnb. Only to find out that they had the house scheduled for cleaning, and then when they were notified that the house was left with our personal belongings. They still set the cleaning crew and to take our items away, even though I checked out was not until the next morning”
