“The location was great and our stay was pleasant enough, but there were cleanliness issues like broken doors, stains on bed sheets, throw up in trash bin outside, and multiple outlets and amenities not working throughout the house.”

“Its was a great house my kids love the game room overall. Just a few minor adjustments. One room had spiders coming out. The other room didn't flush properly the one by the door. 1st floor”

“From the beginning of our stay, we experienced numerous issues that significantly impacted our vacation: * The internet was not functioning properly, making it impossible to use any of the televisions in the home, including the living room and all bedrooms. * The swimming pool was in an unacceptable condition. The water was cloudy and dirty, and we found hair and cigarette butts floating in the pool. When I contacted the property management company, I was told that because it was Saturday, no maintenance personnel were available to clean it. They stated that the pool had supposedly been cleaned the Wednesday before our arrival, but its condition clearly suggested otherwise. * The refrigerator was not cooling properly. A maintenance technician came the following day and informed us that the refrigerator required a replacement part that needed to be ordered, meaning the issue could not be resolved during our stay. * The cleanliness of the home was unacceptable. We found used toothbrushe”
