Place is as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. The two resort locations were nice. Great lazy river and pool. Splash pad for the toddler was good. High chair and crib were a plus. No baby gate for stairs but everything else was pretty toddler friendly. No blackout curtains in the room with the crib which proved difficult for nap time. We made it work. Some sulfur smells from the plumbing, but nothing to deter. Checkout instructions were very easy and clear. Didn’t feel like you had to deep clean the entire place like some other listings make you. We would definitely rent here again.

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations at all. We arrived to a home that was visibly unclean, with dirty walls, bugs inside the property, unclean bed linens, water issues in multiple bathrooms, and a hot tub that never got hot during the stay. Communication and response times from the host/team were also delayed throughout the trip, and despite multiple complaints, none of the issues were actually resolved before checkout. What was most frustrating was being asked to rearrange our plans and return early so cleaners could come after we had already checked in. As paying guests who booked in advance, the home should have been properly cleaned and prepared before arrival. The trip itself was still enjoyable because of the people we were with, but the condition of the property and overall customer service experience were disappointing and not worth the amount paid. I truly hope improvements are made for future guests.
