“I want to start by saying that we had a great vacation stay at the home! It was easy to get to and had access to just about everything within minutes of the home! The layout of the home was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with your most common kitchen appliances and tools. However, one thing that did kind of throw me off was that they had 2/3 sets of salt and pepper shakers and nothing in them. Probably sounds weird but to be on vacation and have to buy seasonings was strange. I left the ones we bought for the next guests! They also had a coffee maker and no filters. Little things that could make it easier for guests! One trash bag, one roll of TP to the BR was weird. No board games or anything like that so pack some for rainy days! House was clean but the bathrooms could use some TLC. Pool was a hit! We used it every day which was nice & the gate around it was super effective for our 3 year old. Disney was only 20 mins away! Overall, nice stay!”

“The rules weren’t sent to us until a few days before our trip, and some of them were completely unnecessary. We received a message about an hour before we arrived that the pool would be closed due to a storm. After a long 12-hour drive with three kids eager to swim, our entire first day was ruined. We went without a pool for three days while everyone else had beautiful blue pools. The community pool was nice, though. The house was dirty when we arrived. I messaged the host, and they offered to clean it up. I did it myself afterward. The blinds were broken, and the air conditioning rule was insane, making it where we couldn’t set it lower than 73, making it hot upstairs. The kitchen utensils were very worn out. An updated pot and pan set would be a great addition for future guests, as well as better quality kitchen utensils. We also had a few issues with hearing sounds from a speaker upstairs, which made us feel like we were being invaded. Overall AIRBNB made it right for us.”

“Moved to Orlando for work and needed a place that felt like home and this property did not disappoint! Was even able to extend an extra week while my family traveled in to town. The wife and kids loved the pool and poolside restaurant. Honestly would live there and have no regrets! Quiet and private while still being near all the hustle and bustle!”
