“Lack communication”

“The space was enough room for all of us and the owner was quick to respond but there were a few concerns that made it less than a 5 star. The wi-fi was not good, they did come reset it but it didn’t make any difference. If you are considering this place keep in mind you won’t have wi-fi, it was an issue in other reviews too. The carpet is very dirty and worn but rest of the home was clean outside of the walls needing to be washed. The couch is also a futon but it is broken and the back does not come up and stay to make a couch, it is leaning against the wall but you will be laying down if used. We were not made aware until after paying that there is a $70 charge to use the grill, it is locked until paid. The pool is clean. This could be a nice place and is close to the theme parks but we would not stay here again.”

“The home was beautiful but as a Airbnb they should have more amenities. They have no hand towels for the kitchen, no face cloths for the bathrooms and they have a beautiful pool with no pool towels. As far as towels for the bathroom, he had one towel per person for the whole vacation. The kitchen didn’t even have as much as salt and pepper and not enough pots and pans to cook things properly. We paid $79 to use the barbecue grill and they didn’t have anything to clean the grill after we finished cooking. I hope we don’t get charged for that because there was nothing there to do it with. The pool should definitely have a handle on it to get in and out of the pool that’s very dangerous for older people.”

“The check in instructions wasn’t sent over I had to call AirBNB 2 hours later after hours. The place was nice as well as the community. I would stay again overall.”
