El departamento esta excelente especialmente si vas de vacaciones o de convención en iDrive. Esta prácticamente frente a Epic, muy cerca de Universal y Sea World.

Nice home needs updating-new paint/wallpaper mattress are not very comfortable need to run the hot water for 5-8 minutes before showers get hot, messaged the host and just told me let them run during a major drought in FL

AC never work the whole time we were there someone came and tried to fix it and just said leave the door is open to help it get cooler which it did not help and made it worse then we were accused of breaking a room that nobody entered and accused of violations disturbance just having the few friends over and then leaving with an hours so don't recommend staying there

Manuela was gracious and responsive. Check-in and check-out was easy and non-complicated. I highly recommend her home! I had three teenage girls with me and 2 other moms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was very disappointed not in the house itself but in the fact that after booking they then tell you that you get 2 trash bags (go buy your own) they give u a few dishwasher pods, no washcloths to wash counters no windex or cleaning supplies to clean with you have to buy everything even toilet paper, paper towels, I’m talking every item to stay 7 nights with 5 people. Including trash bags you have to buy. When asking questions you’re afraid to ask because they will charge you if the maintenance guy has to come. No instructions on the TV took us three days to figure out the 3 boxes and smart tv. We were afraid to swim incase someone got something in the pool like sunscreen since it’s water proof or you get a 300$ charge. It was like pulling teeth for her to tell us where the trash can was since we had a bag of trash bigger than the little brown box. Took till next day to get response. When I go on vacation I don’t wanna furnish a house then throw it away when leaving.

Very unresponsive host & not easy to reach. Have very extensive process just to get people through gate. If you are having ANY guests at all coming to visit, probably not the property to do so. Security is not welcoming or professional. Turned my fiancée away (we were told from host that our guests names were added) & went hour+ without any breast milk for my newborn. Pool & Grill are only upon request & extra charge PER day. House was nice tho, clean, and can tell they take care of property. Nice game room.

地面不干净,客厅茶几一个腿坏了,拍照反馈也不回复。下次不会住了。退房早上出去一下再回来门锁密码就给你作废。还没到退房时间。

The stay had everything to be excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the listing, the location is great, and the price was very good. However, the delay in responses and in solving issues was unacceptable. We had problems with the air conditioning during the first few days and again at the end of our stay. Even though the issues were eventually fixed, everything took far too long. We also spent most of the stay dealing with internet problems. Someone came to the house to fix it, but the issue continued. If the responses had been faster and the problems handled more efficiently, this could easily have been a 5-star property. Waiting up to 3 days for a response during a short stay is simply not acceptable.
