“Absolutely filthy, pool didn’t work, run down far beyond normal wear&tear. It was great having our own space and the beds were comfortable but if you have expectations of a fun pool or clean space look elsewhere. We joked all weekend that it looked fine with the lights off. Definitely different than the photos as far as quality. It was very dirty, had to wear slippers to prevent our socks and feet from turning black and had to take otc medication for allergies because of amount of dust. Reached out to host regarding pool, they sent someone out who confirmed it was broken. They said they sent someone to clean the property while we were out, no one had come but the next day (right before we left) they did and we could tell because whatever cleaning products they used to clean light fixtures sprayed all over our belongings below each leaving oil everywhere. Trash left from previous guests. Location worked well for outlet shopping and day at Disney. Responsive management company.”

“Our stay was QUITE enjoyable. I would say we did see a couple of critters. Our host responded IMMEDIATELY to any need, and was extremely proactive.”

“The house is fine but needs a little maintenance. The walls need to be painted and some of the things in the game room were broken such as the plush seats and pool sticks.”
