“Overall, we had a good stay and the home worked well for our Disney trip. The house was clean, and since we spent most of our time at the parks, the issues we encountered didn’t have a big impact on our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool after long days at Disney. A few things future guests should know: two of the arcade games and the massage chair were not working during our stay. If you’re planning to spend a lot of time at the house, this may be disappointing. The landscaping could also use some attention. The bushes by the front entrance were overgrown, so after it rained we had to walk through wet branches to get inside. Also, the drive to Disney was closer to 40 minutes than we expected. Overall, it met our needs as a clean place to sleep and relax, but the listing could be more accurate regarding the amenities.”

“Place accommodated all guests, but there were issues. Not enough supplies that should be standard like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish washer tablets, bounty, garbage bags (only 1). Bathrooms had mold, door knob locks need replacing, one exhaust didn’t work. Ceiling fans were a mix, living room fan had a missing blade, some pedestal fans didn’t work. AC was atrocious, lower floor room was warm throughout the trip especially during this heatwave. Thermostat automatically increased to higher temps which left the house warm during the day. After requesting for lowering the thermostat, we were granted 71 degrees. Couch had visible stains. Room with double bed had a deformed mattress/frame that lost its rigidity. Overall cleanliness was sufficient but lacking. The overall comfort of the space was lacking especially in such a highly sought out community. I had constant complaints from other attending guests which would not return to this spot ever again. Highly recommend the owner review.”

“The house was very convenient close to parks.I think it could benefit from having wash clothes it’s towels no wash cloths they also do not have a lot of things to cook with if you are a person that cooks I think a previous renter put a whole in the couch that wasn’t fixed the couch also had stains on it for the most part the house is clean but could use some tlc when it comes to the baseboards and a few other things I would definitely stay again”

“Nice family home it was just really dusty in certain areas and I have allergies. The kitchen needs an updated picture because it isn’t the same. This is a beautiful home and wonderful location. I would just hire better cleaners for the dust everywhere.”

“The stay was good. Noticeable stains on bedding in kids rooms. No working lights outside i notified them soon as we arrived but issue was never resolved. House just needs a little sprucing up”
