“Visited June 2026 for a multi family vacation. The property was just as described when booking. The kitchen was marvelous with table setting for 18 people. There were two refrigerators to accommodate the large group. Also two sitting areas made it easy to get away and relax. The entire house was clean and stocked with all the necessities as advertised. The game room definitely kept the kids entertained as well as the pool. The themed rooms were definitely designed with family in mind. The home was very spacious so even with the large group there was never any overcrowding. I would definitely recommend this home for any group getaway 👍🏽👍🏽”

“The house was exactly as in the pictures. Everything was nice and clean. Absolutely would stay there again if I go back to Universal or Disney. Beautiful home. Lots of space. Pool was nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed that and the game room.”

“The stay was good. Noticeable stains on bedding in kids rooms. No working lights outside i notified them soon as we arrived but issue was never resolved. House just needs a little sprucing up”

“We were very disappointed with this stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home had not been properly cleaned. Several bathroom floors had visible hair, linens had marks and hair on them, furniture felt worn and unstable, and multiple AC units were not functioning properly. While the host/property team did make attempts to address some of the concerns, the overall condition of the property made it difficult to fully relax and feel comfortable—especially traveling with younger children. The most concerning issue was discovering a heavily stained mattress beneath the mattress cover, along with stained bedding. Knowing our children had been sleeping on it was extremely upsetting and ultimately led us to end our stay early. We appreciate the communication and attempts to help, but unfortunately the property did not meet the level of cleanliness and comfort we expected based on the listing and cost of the stay.”

“Absolutely beautiful home in Kissimmee! The location was perfect — peaceful, stunning, and every drive through the neighborhood felt like its own little experience because it was just that beautiful. It was close to Disney, Universal, and everything we wanted to do, yet still felt relaxing and away from all the chaos. The house itself was gorgeous, clean, and so thoughtfully designed for families. The kids’ rooms were the cutest ever, and I was especially obsessed with the little girl’s room — it was adorable! This home is truly perfect for families looking for a comfortable, beautiful place to stay while enjoying all the Orlando attractions. We would absolutely stay again!”
