“The stay was good. Noticeable stains on bedding in kids rooms. No working lights outside i notified them soon as we arrived but issue was never resolved. House just needs a little sprucing up”

“We were very disappointed with this stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home had not been properly cleaned. Several bathroom floors had visible hair, linens had marks and hair on them, furniture felt worn and unstable, and multiple AC units were not functioning properly. While the host/property team did make attempts to address some of the concerns, the overall condition of the property made it difficult to fully relax and feel comfortable—especially traveling with younger children. The most concerning issue was discovering a heavily stained mattress beneath the mattress cover, along with stained bedding. Knowing our children had been sleeping on it was extremely upsetting and ultimately led us to end our stay early. We appreciate the communication and attempts to help, but unfortunately the property did not meet the level of cleanliness and comfort we expected based on the listing and cost of the stay.”

“I wish that our experience was a lovely as we thought it would be. On check-in day, I had to call the emergency number to receive check-in details because no one had communicated with me on what was going on or how to get this information. 1. Upstairs bathroom tub was dirty 2. Upstairs couch was dirty 3. We had to call the emergency line last night just to get check-in details and we were supposed to have this information earlier. The property manager didnt provide this information to us until this morning. 4. The microwave door handle was broken which was a safety hazard. 5. The pool chair to the far right is broken and my cousin almost hurt herself falling backwards. 6. The patio furniture is dirty. We had to clean it before the kids touched it. 7. The toaster was dirty. To the point where it burnt our breakfast and WE had to clean it out to continue to use it and the fire alarm went off. 8.The pillows were dirty. 9. The sheets were not completely clean 10. There were earrings lef”

“The house is extremely large and very accommodating but the furniture need to be replace as well as the carpet. There were bed bugs in a room were guests was bitten and ants in another and the kitchen area. One of the master suite bed need to be replace and made noise the entire time. Stains on livingroom furniture down and upstairs stains and not comfortable. House need plenty of work. The gameroom games need to be replace. The only good thing is the diningroom table fits a big family and the pool area was clean but need updated pool furniture”

“Good location. Outside of south lake but a short drive to everything. Confusing on the rules as i’m not sure who is in charge since there are several different rules posted/listed. Also, who owns the place and who communicates on Airbnb are different so that was slightly confusing. Overall, fine Airbnb for a weekend visit with family/friends.”

“The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and we felt very safe here, which was very important to us. It was a very nice and big home and we enjoyed the pool, the massage chair and the games in the garage. However, there were multiple things that were disappointing. There was an ant problem that got gradually worse, the backyard was overgrown and not as pictured, the kitchen was not stocked with much of anything, there wasn't even any salt and pepper, cookie sheet, coffee pot, or hot pads. It also needs some general maintenance and a deep cleaning.”

“Nice home but needs a good deep clean! The photos of the backyard were not accurate either. Needs a lot of maintenance work!”

“The house is nice but had some peculiarities like you could not open the door even 1/2 way on one of the bedrooms because the bed was too big for the room. I found it strange that they did not have soap, shampoo or any cleaning products for the showers. The hot tub is very small really only fitting 2 people, when we tried 4 our knee's were touching. The small garbage can in the bear box was 1/2 full when we arrived. The kitchen, dining room and living room were nice downstairs though.”

“Had a plumbing issue that was never looked at while we were there. Bathtub backed up so we were unable to use it just for safety precautions due to possible sewage in brown water that came into tub. Both toilets leaked from the bottom one morning and toilets wouldn’t flush. Fortunately the toilet water went down enough so my daughter didn’t have an accident.”

“If it could be broke it was broke in this house. Doors that wouldn’t lock. Microwave didn’t work. Sliding glass door wouldn’t lock. Oven barely worked, never got up to actual set temp. Refrigerator shelves were slanted with any weight put on them. Garage dryer destroyed the one load of clothes we put in it.Paid for heated pool for the week and it wasn’t turned on until 3rd day. Dirty carpets and floors, just subpar cleaning overall.Waited 45 min after check-in time to get in house. I think there were maybe 4-5 towels in a house that sleeps 20 ppl. I’m not one to complain about much and this may be the first negative review I’ve wrote for anything ever but for the money this place is not worth it. The only real positive was the resort pool area.”
