“Other than the pool, the place was beautiful!”

“Andres and Kelly were communicative and easy to work with! The house was as pictured. Pool had some sand but that was communicated by Andres and Kelly beforehand.”

“We had problems with the Ac when we arrived. The host was responsive and had a repair person come out to fix it. It took a few days for the repair but, we were refunded for the inconvenience and our stay turned out to be very nice.”

“Overall house was amazing. It had everything you needed. Especially the kitchen My only issue is i recommend highly cleaning the pool especially when families came to enjoy the pool Also location of home is pretty private which is a plus”

“We felt like the managers of this property after all the things we had to deal with. The interior decor was as described. It was nicely staged and clean. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were prompt in responding to our messages. Otherwise, the exterior was not as described and amenities were missing. The lawn was unkept. There were a couple active bees nests. There was no coffee maker, coffee cups, hairdryer, ice maker or iron upon arrival. Stairs were not to code and unsafe. You had to side step to get up them and not suitable for an elderly person. The hosts did their best to remedy all missing amenities except the pool. Pool and Lanai were not usable. The private pool was the number one reason the house was chosen by our party and it was too dirty and not chemically maintained to use. The lanai screens were loose and hanging letting dirt and bugs in. If the pool could have been used, the rating would be higher.”
