“The home was as described. We stayed from June 13th-15th. The amenities at the property were great, the food at the Poolside Tiki Bar were good as well. Location was good. We were not far from grocery stores, restaurants or clothing stores. The only issue is previous guest brung some friends with them 🪳and left them behind in the kitchen in the coffee maker to be exact. We no longer wanted to cook or eat in there, due to that reason. I was told someone would spray while we were there but Idk if it happened.”

“Whole house was tile but there is a strict no shoe rule. We asked about cushions for back porch area and they never responded. Deer in the association come charging at you when walking. Raccoons lurk Confusing tv use so we didn’t use. The home was nice. Ice trays would be nice.”

“Overall, the stay was okay, but the listing did not accurately reflect the property we arrived at. Several items shown in the photos were missing, including chairs and stools, and the bedding/comforters were different from what was pictured. The couch also had visible stains that were not shown in the listing photos. There were multiple issues with the appliances during our stay. The microwave was unreliable, and the ice maker was broken. We also found hair on the sheets in two of the beds upon arrival, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the property. There was also a strong odor coming from the garbage disposal The property seemed to be both a large pool and a smaller pool, which led us to believe the smaller pool was a hot tub. However, both were simply pools with no hot tub available. While the property had potential and we were still able to enjoy our trip, the listing photos and description should be updated to more accurately represent the current condition”

“We needed a clean place to shower and sleep while we spent all day everyday at the parks. The master bath tub/shower is a very strange design that is dangerous/difficult to get in and out of. We were only provided ONE towel per person for a nine day stay!! The last thing we wanted to mess with on our vacation was laundry, yet we had to wash towels several times after a long day at the parks. When I requested more towels the owners informed me that we had access to the washer. This would most definitely keep us from returning as it was a major inconvenience. It was a convenient and safe location, across the street from Old Town (rides, clubs and restaurants) and a short easy drive to the Disney Parks.”
