“2 roaches were dead in the house the first day we got there. The mattresses had stains on them. There were no toilet paper day 3 of the stay. 80 damage fee that’s not refundable when the house wasn’t as presentable as expected.”

“The house pictures are not accurate. The pool area did not have any lounge chairs at all. Pool light does not work at night time. Pool area is missing net on top allowing bugs to enter home. The bedroom linens and quilts are cheap quality and had a disgusting smell. The pillows are very worn out. The pots/pans need to be replaced as it’s old. The dining table was moving and has one broken chair. The bathroom was missing toilet paper holder. There were marks on the walls. Some off the issues I faced there has been mentioned by other guest in previous stay but I guess the host did not feel the need to fix them. Overall if you’re coming with kids and big family and looking to spend most of your time in the resort I wouldn’t recommend it. Host communication mostly was AI generated message. Host also doesn’t seem to have much knowledge about the house. Also she uses a 3rd party company to hold a damage fee so please be careful on that.”
