“Dolphin Paradise exceeded every expectation and is one of the best vacation rentals our family has enjoyed. The location is perfect, minutes from great snorkeling, fishing, restaurants, and easy ocean access. We brought our 26’ Cobia and had plenty of dock space and room for all our gear. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with kitchen essentials, toiletries, laundry supplies, and a wonderful welcome basket. It comfortably accommodated our grandparents, parents, and kids, with plenty of space for everyone. The paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets were a huge hit. Our kids spent hours exploring the canal, spotting manatees, and making lifelong memories. We also celebrated birthdays on the terrace, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and enjoying the water views. Liz from the Seven Keys team was outstanding—responsive, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. As we drove home, our kids asked, “Can we come back next year?” That says it all. We can”

The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on a future visit. “Vacasa did not provide door code until an hour after arrival. The home is beautiful but is not well maintained. Extremely loose railing on balcony, issues with AC, warped kitchen floor, etc. Issues with clogged toilet and no hot water were handled in the first few days. there are not enough kitchenware nor towels for 6 people for an extended stay. There are no beach towels. There is no ramp or ladder for kayaks and there are no kayaks to use. Communication with vacasa is difficult. They rarely respond. They scheduled a railing inspection during our stay but we left early and did not handle their inspection. I reached out to advise vacasa of early departure , but they didn’t reply.”
